...[I]was going to stay in the albergue - looks really good and clean, but it's way on the edge, so booked into where I stayed with Dennis and Peter in 2006. A little bit pricey - more than I remembered. However, the evening meal is included, and I have saved heaps on food and lodging so far. My tea last night only cost six euros including half a bottle of wine, and lunch was only eight euros, with more food than I could eat. With fewer pilgrims this time of year, they seem very generous with food... (From diary)
